About Sthapit Capital

I run a micro-catalyst fund that gives NPR 10L to 20L to global-first Nepali founders, along with hands-on support to get from prototype to first paying customers in 90 days. My capital is small by design because it forces speed, focus, and proof before larger funds come in. I believe constraints create clarity and the best founders thrive under both.

I have spent years building products, scaling technology teams, and investing in ideas that challenge the status quo. My own journey in technology and entrepreneurship, combined with my experience in SaaS and AI, showed me how much potential Nepali talent has when given the right mix of resources, direction, and belief.

Over time I saw a pattern. Talented Nepali founders were either stuck freelancing, building for local markets with limited upside, or waiting for large investments that never came. Many only needed a small amount of capital, strong mentorship, and a clear go-to-market plan to make the leap.

This insight is what led me to create Sthapit Capital. I started it to fill that gap, providing both early capital and active guidance so that Nepali founders can build globally competitive companies from Nepal, own their IP, and put Nepali innovation on the world stage. Sthapit Capital exists to be the first believer when no one else is ready to write the first check.
